Market problem

Carrier pain points and how we solve them

Today carriers are forced to work across fragmented, disconnected systems. This results in delays, errors and direct revenue losses. Our platform unifies every process in a single environment.

Money gets stuck with the middleman

Problem

Transit systems and agents collect revenue into their own bank account, then delay payouts to the carrier or fail to pay at all.

How InfoTransPort solves it

We don't accumulate ticket revenue in our own account — the acquiring bank transfers proceeds directly to the carrier's bank account, same day.

Disconnected systems

Problem

Schedules, ticket offices, accounting, and support exist in isolation and don't exchange data.

How InfoTransPort solves it

All processes are unified in a single platform — data syncs automatically, with no double entry or manual reconciliation.

Manual dispatching

Problem

Trips are managed by phone and spreadsheets — delays, errors, and lost revenue.

How InfoTransPort solves it

A convenient dispatcher interface for assigning drivers and buses to trips and printing waybills. Operations are automated and run in real time.

Weak analytics

Problem

Decisions are made without data on passenger flow, occupancy, and route profitability.

How InfoTransPort solves it

Clear dashboards and reports on passenger flow, occupancy, and profitability — decisions rely on numbers, not intuition.

Limited online sales

Problem

Outdated websites with low conversion and poor technical support constrain sales.

How InfoTransPort solves it

A modern ticket sales website with convenient online payment and high conversion.

Inconvenient support

Problem

Passengers wait a long time for answers, while operators are overwhelmed by routine questions.

How InfoTransPort solves it

An AI assistant instantly answers routine inquiries 24/7, freeing operators for complex cases.

Uncontrolled payments to the driver

Problem

Cash handed to the driver is accepted without tracking — direct loss of money and the risk of misconduct.

How InfoTransPort solves it

The driver app takes sales under control: seat selection, payment method (cash/card), ticket printing. Every sale immediately enters a single database.

Unified ecosystem

A unified digital ecosystem for passenger transportation

One platform for carriers, dispatchers, cashiers, drivers, agents, and passengers. Every process in a single product, with open APIs and AI-driven automation.

The market offers separate systems for trip planning, separate ones for dispatching, separate ones for analytics, and separate websites for ticket sales. Our platform brings it all together. It is built on the principles of microservice architecture: each system is a standalone module with data exchange via API out of the box.

Carrier

Management of fleet, routes, fares, revenue, and reporting.

Dispatcher

Real-time allocation of trips, drivers, and buses in a single window.

Cashier

Ticket office software with fiscalization, refunds, and multi-payment.

Driver and conductor

Mobile app with route sheet, boarding, QR validation, and ticket sales.

Agent

Partner portal: ticket sales with a configurable commission and reports.

Passenger

Online ticket purchase, trip statuses, and an AI assistant 24/7.

Who it's for

A perfect fit for InfoTransPort

The platform covers the full spectrum of passenger transportation — from a single carrier to multi-component bus stations and regional transport-network operators.

Bus carriers

Urban, suburban, intercity, and interregional routes.

Charter and chartered transport

Bus rentals, corporate and tourist trips.

Bus stations

Ticket sales and dispatching across multiple carriers in a single window.

Tour operators

Organizing bus tours, excursions, and transfers.

Ticket agents and aggregators

Reselling tickets through a partner portal with a flexible commission.

Passenger transport authorities

Monitoring and analytics of a region's route network at the city and provincial level.

Comparison

More than a ticketing service — a TMS / SaaS ecosystem

InfoTransPort is a full-fledged TMS platform for carriers, not just a ticket sales storefront.

Regular ticketing service
InfoTransPort · TMS / SaaS
Online ticket sales only
Full cycle: trips, schedules, fares, and sales
The carrier is merely a supplier of seats ("inventory")
The carrier owns sales, fares, and passenger data
No dispatching and no work with drivers
Real-time dispatching + a driver app with QR boarding
No passenger flow analytics
AI analytics and forecasting of passenger flow, occupancy, and profitability
Passenger support is the carrier's burden
An AI assistant 24/7 on the platform's side
Money passes through the service's account, payouts are delayed
Acquiring credits revenue directly to the carrier — same day
A closed platform with no integrations
Open APIs and a modular (microservice) architecture

Transparent settlements

Security

Your funds are reliably protected. We operate on a direct-settlement model — all customer payments go straight to your settlement account from the acquiring bank, bypassing our accounts.

How it works:

1

Technical connection

We act solely as a technical intermediary, connecting your company to the acquiring bank.

2

Direct transactions

Once the connection is established, all transactions are processed directly between the bank and your organization.

3

Instant settlements

Funds arrive in your account on the day the transaction is made, paid by the acquiring bank.

Your advantages:

Full control

All funds go directly to your corporate account

No delays

Settlements happen same-day under the terms of your agreement with the bank

Transparent operations

Full reporting on all transactions directly from the bank

Business model

Flexible partnership model

By default — a commission on each ticket sold, with rollout and support included. Below are additional options for those who need a different setup: a SaaS subscription, standalone modules, an extended SLA, or an enterprise scenario.

An alternative to commission

SaaS subscription

When predictability matters more than variable payments — a fixed monthly fee per workstation and bus instead of a percentage per ticket.

Flexible activation

Pay per module

Core functionality is included in the commission. Additional modules — advanced analytics, multimedia, an online store, custom integrations — are activated separately.

Tailored to your project

Rollout and migration

Standard onboarding and training are free. Complex migration from existing systems, data transfer, and custom onboarding are handled as a separate project.

8×5 and 24×7

Support with SLA

Basic support by email and chat 8×5 is included. Premium 24×7 plans with guaranteed response time and a dedicated channel are available on request.

Onboarding

Onboarding roadmap — up to 6 weeks

From setting up an account to a full launch across all routes. Each stage is guided by an implementation manager — we train your team, help configure integrations, and get sales running on schedule.

  1. Week 1

    Stage 1. Setup

We create an account in the TMS, enter routes, schedules, and fares, and configure the payment provider and fiscalization.

  2. Weeks 2–3

    Stage 2. Integration and training

We install ticket office software, order terminals for drivers, and set up the dispatch center. We integrate with the client's systems and train cashiers, drivers, and dispatchers.

  3. Weeks 4–5

    Stage 3. Trial operation

We launch sales on a subset of routes, monitor operations, and refine scenarios to match real passenger flows.

  4. Week 6

    Stage 4. Full launch

We move all routes to the platform, connect analytics and support, and hand the client over to ongoing service.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

We've gathered what carriers and agents ask most often. Didn't find your question? Write to us and we'll answer personally.

How much does it cost to roll out and use the system?

Rollout, setup, training and support are free. We earn a commission on each ticket sold: the rate depends on your turnover (from 5%) and is added on top of the ticket price. Terms can be discussed individually.

How does the carrier receive money for tickets?

Through payment splitting in YooKassa: funds are split automatically — the ticket payment goes straight to the carrier's settlement account, and our commission goes to ours.

Which types of transport does the system support?

Bus, air and water transport: trip planning, dispatching, online ticket sales, ticket offices, monitoring and reporting in a single window.

What devices do employees work on?

The system is web-based: cashiers and dispatchers work in a browser, drivers use a mobile app, and passengers buy tickets online.

Is it hard to connect and migrate to the system?

We help with setup, data migration and training. The platform is modular — you can start with ticket sales and add the other modules as needed.

What determines the choice of plan?

Your company's monthly turnover: up to 4M ₽ — the “Start” plan (12%), from 4 to 12M ₽ — “Business” (8%), over 12M ₽ — “Enterprise” (from 5%). The platform functionality is identical across all plans; only the commission rate and level of support differ.

Is there a subscription or license fee?

No. No monthly payments, licenses or per-user fees. You pay only a percentage of the tickets actually sold — if there are no sales, there is nothing to pay.

Who pays the commission — the passenger or the carrier?

The commission is added on top of the ticket price, so your margin is not reduced. The passenger's money arrives in your settlement account from the acquiring bank, and our commission goes to ours.

Can I switch to another plan as turnover grows?

Yes. As turnover grows, the rate automatically decreases — you move to better terms without re-signing the contract and without any interruption to the platform.

How long does it take to launch sales?

On average 7 days from signing the contract. In that time we configure routes and schedules, connect the ticket office and acquiring, train your staff and launch the ticket-sales website.
